New Semi Auto L sealer and Tunnel Machine 550 x 450mm seal bar, up to approx 1200 cycles per hour, on castors, 3 phase. Biult on one chasis and fitted with castors for mobility
Will wrap using PVC, Polyolefin and Polythene Shrink Films Operator places product on loading table and moves product across to sealing area then brings down seal bar. This locks down and then lifts automatically; the sealed pack is then automatically transported in to and through shrink tunnel by conveyor belt.

Pnuematic Semi automatic L sealers have the same process as a manual L Sealer but  is much faster,instead of pulling the arm down on the L Sealer the arm goes down with the press of a button and will lock is position whilst it seals the product and then will release.  As it releases the ejection belt will move and take the product into the shrink tunnel automatically.

Onsite Repairs and Servicing
We carry out repairs and servicing to all makes of machines on customers premises or we can refurbish machinery in our workshop. We also provide service contracts for pre planned maintenance scheduling.
