Sealing Machine - Sleeve Sealer and Tunnel Machine for Polythene film.

Seal bar 700mm wide, tunnel aperture 750 x 400mm

New Sleeve Sealer and Tunnel Machine. Semi auto Up to approx 300 trays/bundles per hour. 3 phase & air
Uses Polythene Shrink Film.  Operator places product on loading table and pushes a button, everything else is automatic, a pnuematic cylinder moves product across to the sealing area using the pusher plate, seal bar then comes down behind the pack. This locks down and then lifts automatically; the sealed pack is then automatically transported  through the shrink tunnel on a  conveyor belt.
 

We supply spare parts for all makes of Shrink wrapping equipment including infills, timers, belts, temperature controllers, transformers, motors, fan blades etc etc.

Onsite Repairs and Servicing
We carry out repairs and servicing to all makes of machines on customers premises or we can refurbish machinery in our workshop. We also provide service contracts for pre planned maintenance scheduling.
